Marquette, MI – December 13, 2018 – The Laughing Whitefish Audubon Society’s 71st annual Christmas Bird Count will take place on Saturday, December 15th. Participants will meet at 8:00 am at Mattson Lower Harbor Park, Marquette, and groups will be formed to cover various regions of the count-area. There is no cost to take part in the count, and no pre-registration is necessary. The count will last until about noon, and participants are asked to dress warmly.
