Munising – Ski Valley Spur with the Sierra Club on Saturday January 21 beginning at 10 a.m. at the warming hut at the Valley Spur ski trails on M-94, 6 miles southwest of Munising in the Hiawatha National Forest.
Ski for 2 to 3 hours and then meet at the warming hut for a potluck lunch. Bring something to share if you’d like to participate in the potluck. The Friends of Valley Spur will also have homemade soup and bread available as a lunch option.
Trails range from easy to challenging. The group will choose the trail based on those who show up. There is a $10 trail fee.
