Come to the Third Annual OneWorldBeat Benefit Concert for Hiv+ African Children on Friday, March 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the Great Lakes Rooms, University Center at NMU . Join master Ghanaian percussionist Bernard Woma and the Bernard Woma Trio for an evening that combines traditional Ghanaian drumming and xylophone playing with modern electrified sounds. Local salsa group Combo Caliente and Marquette's own Indie Rock group Ignorant Mob will also perform. NMU Varsity Basketball players the Volcy Brothers will perform a special Rap selection in French. Come join the fun and help to support the Tumaini Children's Home in Ngong, Kenya. Suggested Donation: $4.00 for Students and Children, $8.00 for Adults.
