The North Country Trail Hikers' welcome members and non-members alike to join us for any of the following scheduled events related to the North Country National Scenic Trail as it traverses the central Upper Peninsula in and around Alger, Marquette and Baraga Counties. Hikes and trail maintenance including debris removal, cutting and removing blow-downs, lopping infringing growth, renewing painted blazes and installing signs are planned as follows for the month of November
Trail work or hikes are scheduled for Wednesdays and Saturdays in November before the start of deer rifle season, if the weather is suitable. Contact Denise Herron 225-1030, dherron906@sbcglobal.net if you would like to participate.
