The Forgotten Eagles Ride Around Michigan Hits the Upper Peninsula

MARQUETTE, MI – Great Lakes Radio News – The Forgotten Eagles of Michigan are holding their 8th annual Ride Around Michigan this week and are coming through Marquette today. The annual Ride Around Michigan is dedicated to fallen brothers and sisters and thePOW/MIA’s. Every dollar received by the group directly benefits MichiganVeterans.

At 12:30 PM today, Chapter 1 of The Forgotten Eagles will enter Marquette County at the county line on M28. They will meet up with Chapter 2, the Jacobetti Veterans Homebus and get a police escort to The Vietnam Veterans of America chapter 380 building on US 41 in Negaunee Township. At 1:30 PM the ride will continue onto Calumet for a ceremony at Lakeview Cemetery and then into the Keweenaw.
