Sam Crowley, Massage Therapist and Kayak Instructor at the YMCA of Marquette County visited the studios to give an update on events and activities that are coming up at the “Y”. There a series of things in the works for a wide-range of folks in our community, from the youths to the seniors. Sam also filled us in on some of the kayaking-based activities and classes he is currently teaching through the “Y”.
All of the activities and events at the “Y” are open to all members of the public and you can get involved by stopping by either the Marquette or Negaunee facility. You can also call them at 227-YMCA or log onto their website.
