Munising – The Marquette Food Co-op will offer a class on “Greening the Holidays” on Thursday, November 12 at 7 p.m at Falling Rock Cafe in Munising.

Find out how you can reduce your holiday waste. Every year, household waste goes up 25 percent during the holiday season, adding an extra 1 million tons a week to landfills.

The class is free to Co-op members and a suggested $3 donation is being asked from all others.
