The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning is offering a course to help citizens learn how to protect themselves and their families against emergencies. The course will be held on Thursday, February 22 from 1 to 4 p.m. in room 414 in Northern Michigan University's Cohodas Hall. Registration deadline is Monday, February 19.
