Opening Ceremonies for the U.P. 200 Sled Dog Race will be held in downtown Marquette on Friday, February 16 at 6:30 p.m. There will be coffee and hot chocolate in the Commons building. The U.P. 200 will start at 7:10 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. Prince of Peace Church on M-28 in Chocolay Township will be providing a viewing sight with refreshments and a bonfire. U.P. 200 teams will be going through Chatham at approximately 11 p.m.
