Calumet High School art students have crafted glass-fused plates and bowls for “Short and Sweet,” a Dessert Night, to be held on Wednesday, February 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. A special component of the evening will be the reading of selected short stories. The cost is $10, which includes a plate or bowl, or $5 for dessert only. The students will make and serve the desserts. The event will benefit The Calumet Theatre.
