UPPCO has scheduled a public meeting on FEb. 8 at 6:30pm at the Ramada Inn in Marquette. At this meeting, UPPCO will discuss proposed amendments to its operating license, expalin why they are needed, and answer questions. No decision has been made regarding rebuilding Silver Lake, but the company wishes to keep the public informed of the current status and receive comments on the proposed amendments.
