Auditions for Gilbert and Sullivan's opera “Iolanthe” will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, February 2 and Saturday, February 3 in room 250 of the Thomas Fine Arts Building on the campus of NMU. Auditions are open to the community. Participants will be asked to sing any music from the opera, a light opera, Broadway or art song repertoire. Song selections should demonstrate one's vocal quality. “Iolanthe” will be performed at NMU May 17-19. For more information, call 227-1038.
