Breakfast Club – the New American Plate will be held on Thursday, February 1 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Daily Grind at Finlandia's Portage Campus, 200 Michigan Street in Hancock. The topic of discussion will be in-home exercising with fitness experts talking about muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. The cost is $4/person, and reservations are required.
