Marquette – Marquette Area Public Schools Senior Citizen Involvement Committee will meet on Thursday April 16 at 4 p.m. in the High School Library.
Senior citizens interested in participating in activities with MAPS students are encouraged to attend.
Specifically, MAPS is seeking senior volunteers to come into the schools to share their time and talents in such ways as having lunch with a student, reading to students or listening to students read, playing games with students, describing your life to students, etc.
The possibilities are limitless for senior citizens and students to share time together.
