The North Country Trail Hikers will have a GPS event on Saturday, January 6, beginning at 10 a.m. They will GPS Rumely Road east to Silver Creek 2.5 mi. The North Country Trail Hikers have set a goal for 2007 to GPS the entire section of the North Country National Scenic Trail. Winter GPSing will commence with hiking, skiis or snowshoes where accessible.
