Marquette – Sigma Tau Delta, the English Honors Society at Northern Michigan University, will sponsor a public reading of John Milton”s “Paradise Lost” in celebration of the 400th anniversary of the poet's birth.
The reading will be led by David Wood, assistant professor, and students from his Milton and Shakespeare classes.
Due to the poem's length, the reading at the University Center will be in two installments: Wednesday, April 15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Nicolette Room, Thursday, April 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Pioneer Room B.
