“First Steps in Caregiving” will be held on Thursday, January 4 at 1:30 p.m. at the Ishpeming Senior Center at 320 S. Pine St. Jean Whitman-Shelby from the Alzheimer's Association will host a multi-session program for primary care partners and for those diagnosed with early stage memory loss. There is no charge, and refreshments will be provided. The Ishpeming Senior Center is smoke-free and handicap accessible. For more information, call 485-5527.
