Marquette – The Northern Michigan University culinary arts students will sponsor the eighth annual Chili Challenge on Tuesday, March 31 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. in the Jacobetti Center Commons.
Featured will be chili prepared by U.P. chefs, students, restaurants and amateurs. Prizes will be awarded for Best Overall, Most Original and Best Use of Heat. Cornbread and lemonade will be provided.
