A Night of Music benefit for Nicholas Chartre's medical expenses will be held on Saturday, March 17 at 7 p.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church 715 Mather Avenue, Ishpeming. The benefit is sponsored by Thrivent Central U.P. Chapter 30907, Care Abounds in Communities Funds. A free will offering will be accepted. The event's MC is Vicki Crystal and several groups will perform Voices in Motion from Westwood High School, Gerald Anderson with the Negaunee Jazz BandSolo Ensemble, Ali Kitchen, Negaunee Male Chorus, Strictly Gospel, Jim Hansen, and Bethany choir and Bethany Bell choir.
