Marquette, Mich.– Hosted by Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice and the City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center, Art in the Moment is being held at the Marquette Regional History Center this Friday, May 11 from 6:00- 8:00 p.m.
May 11th, has been proclaimed as “Adult Day Services Day” in the City of Marquette. To celebrate this special day, “Art in the Moment,” will feature some of the amazing works, including watercolors, prints, silks, colorful “window Kites,” and ceramics, created by participants of the program.
Work is up for display and available for purchase.
At the reception, co-founder, Miriam Hilton, of Adult Day Services will be honored along with guest artists. All are welcome to attend and enjoy art, wine, and hors-d’oeuvres, donated by various local merchants.
