The D.J. Jacobetti Home for Veterans Facility Coordinators Council will sponsor its annual summer carnival for the residents of the home at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 25 at the facility, 425 Fisher St., Marquette. Family members and friends of home residents may attend.Residents will be treated to an afternoon of carnival games with prizes awarded to the winners, music and clowns for entertainment. Brats, chips, pop and ice cream will be served. Games for small children will be offered.
