Marquette – A PATH (Personal Action Towards Health) class will begin on Thursday, March 26 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Peninsula Medical Center Conference Room, 1414 W. Fair Avenue, Marquette.
PATH is a six week program that teaches practical skills for living a healthy life with a chronic health condition like diabetes, arthritis, asthma, chronic pain, or heart disease.
PATH is not a replacement for medical care but is designed to be a part of an individual's current medical treatment. PATH offers hope, tools, and resources to improve a person's health one step at a time.
