Unitarian Universalist groups from the Escanaba, Marquette, and Houghton areas will gather at Van Riper State Park off U.S. 41 on Sunday, August 19. An informal service with Rev. Sydney Morris of the Keweenaw Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a potluck picnic at the cabin up the hill from the parking and beach areas. The cabin and areas nearby will be available all day. UU's and guests from across the U.P. are welcome.
