Marquette, Mich.- Northern Michigan University’s 23rd Annual Celebration of Student Scholarship will be held on Thursday, April 12 in NMU’s Jamrich Hall for a whole day event. Featured Scholarships can take the form of research in the sciences, social sciences or humanities, as well as visual and performance art.
Details:
- The event kicks off with awards and the winning Three-Minute Thesis presentation at a 9 a.m., opening the ceremony in 1322 Jamrich Hall. The awards recognize the best posters, library and archives research, and student technology innovation.
- Oral presentations will be delivered from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. in 1322 and 1313 Jamrich.
- Posters will be on display throughout the Jamrich main floor lobbies from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with students giving poster presentations from 12:30-1:30.
The final event program will be available on Tuesday, April 10, at nmu.edu/studentcelebration.
