Starting Monday, July 16, St. Mary's Michigan Field Neurosciences Institute in partnership with McDonalds Restaurants and the Marquette City Fire Department will be conducting a “Caught Being Safe” Campaign. Marquette Fire Department personnel will randomly issue coupons for ice cream cones or apple dippers to any child observed wearing a helmet while riding a bike, scooter, skateboard or rollerblades.
