The 35 area high school students participating in the Finlandia University's Upward Bound summer residential program will be having a can and bottle drive on Thursday, July 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Houghton/Hancock area. Proceeds will go toward the group's trip to New York at the end of the summer.
