A short beautifully done program covering the Fall sky, “Stars of Autumn” will start the evening at the Shiras Planetarium on Monday, November 19 at 7 p.m. You will learn the reason for the season, meteor showers, the moon and stories behind the constellations of Fall. The feature presentation is a delightful show designed for children of all ages called “George & Oatmeal Save Santa.” It's the day after Christmas and Santa never came home after delivering presents. With the help of George the wizard and Oatmeal the snowman, we'll follow the constellations around the globe to find Santa. Admission is $3 Adults/$2 Students & Senior Citizens. For more information, call Chris Standerford, Planetarium Director at 225-5714.
