Marquette Symphony Orchestra will present a concert on Wednesday, October 17 at 7:30 p.m. at Kaufman Auditorium in Marquette, featuring Guest Conductor Dr. Jacob Chi. Dr. Jacob Chi has a Doctorate in Music from Michigan State University and is Professor of Music at Colorado State University. He is Music Director of the Pueblo Symphony Orchestra and the Chihuahua State Philharmonic Orchestra. Musical selections for the concert include Gustav Mahler – Symphony #7 “Kindertotenlieder” featuring guest mezzo-soprano Lori Hultgren and Gustav Mahler – Symphony #4.
