The Upper Peninsula Children’s Museum will host a costume party for its Second Thursday Creativity Series on October 11. The party for preschool and elementary age children and their caregivers will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Children and parents can wear costumes or work on their costumes at one of several stations around the museum. Featured will be maskmaking, face painting, costume accessory making, Halloween decoration crafts and more. The event is free with museum admission. Thursdays are also Dominos Pizza Night at the museum. Order pizza by calling the museum in advance. For more information, call the museum at 226-7874.
