American Legion Department Veterans Servoce Officer for the Upper Peninsula. Rick Stewart. will be conducting a Service Officer's School at the Fall Conference of the U.P. Association of American Legion Posts in Little Lake on Saturday, October 6. The format will be a question and answer session. He will also be discussing Congress passing the law that allows private attorneys to be involved in claim process and Navey”Blue Water” veterans and the role of Agent Orange. Every Legion member is encouraged to attend and bring questions. The class begins at 9 a.m.
