Michigan Tech and the Committee for the Parade of Nations is sponsoring “Walk and Gawk” at Houghton on Saturday, September 8 at 9 a.m. starting at the Keweenaw Peninsula Chamber of Commerce at 902 College Ave. The route is approximately four miles. Historical route maps will be provided. Sidewalk and garage sales will be included. This is a chance for college and community to enjoy Houghton. For more information, call 487-2160 or 487-2920.
