Karl Bohnak, local author and chief meteorologist at WLUC TV6, will present a program on Upper Peninsula weather history at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 30, on the porch of the Negaunee Historical Society, located at the corner of East Main Street and Brown Avenue. Bohnaks program will have a special emphasis on Negaunee. There will be a question-and-answer period after the program. Refreshments will be served, and Gregg MacGregor will perform on the bagpipes.
