The Boy Scouts of the Redbuck District will be holding their Annual Klondike Derby on January 26 at the Head of the Grand Island Trail on County Rd. 509, (just north of Rapid River.) Scouts and Webelo Scouts from all over Delta County and Manistique will be participating in this fun packed winter outing. Area leaders are expecting well over 100 Scouts to come out for the day, to join in the fun. The theme for this year's Klondike Derby is “Bigfoot, the Search for Sasquash”, and all of the day's events will be related to Bigfoot! The public is invited to come out and see out how these Scouts attempt to trap Bigfoot.
