An Ethnic Dinner: An NMU Connection to China, will be held on Thursday, February 14 from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Jacobetti Skill Center Commons in Marquette. Chef Deb Pearce and NMU culinary arts students will offer excellent Chinese cuisine in honor of the host country for the 2008 summer Olympics, China. There will be music and a cash bar.
