The Success With Weight Loss Talking Circle will be held on Wednesday, January 23 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Munising Tribal Community Center, 622 W. Superior Street in Munising. A local woman who has lost 100 pounds and reduced the medications needed for her diabetes and heart disease without surgery or medications will be hosting this support and information session to assist and inspire others who may benefit from her experience with lifestyle changes. All are welcome. Anyone who is considering weight loss or has been working on weight loss will have the opportunity to get some help and support. Healthy snacks will be provided and helpful resources will be available.
