The North Country Trail Hikers Chapter of the North Country Trail Association will meet on Tuesday, January 8 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library. The North Country Trail hikers are dedicated to completing the North Country National Scenic Trail across the central Upper Peninsula of Michigan from Rock River Road in Alger County west through Marqutte County, crossing into Baraga County, ending at Long Lake.
