A Musical Celebration of Christmas Seals will be offered on Sunday, December 16 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette. This illustrated history of Christmas Seals will feature Stan Wright and Robert Buchkoe performing musical holiday selections to a color slide show illustrating past decades of seals.Special guest performers will include the Gitchee Gumee Guys, Frank Richardson and the Girls Scouts of Peninsula Waters Troop 50. The personal collection of Christmas Seals from every year, owned by Robert Buchkoe, is on display in the library. Refreshments will be served. The event is free and open to the public.
