Hancock – The Heikinpaiva Mid-Winter Festival will include Leipäjuusto (squeaky cheese) making workshops with Joanna Chopp on Monday, February 5 at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the Finnish American Heritage Center in Hancock. $15 per person at the Finnish American Heritage Center in Hancock.
