Kate LaBeau of Upper Peninsula Health Plan (UPHP) will speak about how to “Share Your Story” of what’s important to you, your goals, and your expectations for future healthcare. The way others offer help, care, and hope depends upon you discussing, reflecting, and recording your choices.
