“Ghosts of Abu Ghraib” will be shown on Monday, November 19 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library. This 80 minute HBO film, recently nominated for four Emmy awards, features the prison and investigates the psychological and political context in which torture occurred and poses critical questions about impact and accountability. The event is being sponosred by Citizens for Peace and Justice and NRCAT (National Religious Campaign Against Torture).
