Marquette – A Musher Meet and Greet will be held on Saturday, January 27 from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Come meet retired musher Darlene Walch and her sled dog Panda! Ages 15+ and adults may visit from 1- to 2 p.m. Ages 3 and under can come for a quick meet and greet and pictures from 2:45 to 3 p.m. Youth ages 14 and under may visit from 3 to 4 p.m.
Hear all about mushing, learn about upcoming races, meet Panda, and get your picture taken in a racing sled if you want! The event is free. For more information call 226-4320, visit pwpl.info, or check out the Peter White Public Library Youth Services page on Facebook.
