The Environmental Science Organization at Northern Michigan University will sponsoring a film festival. Several student organizations will present films designed to raise awareness about environmental issues. All are free and begin at 7:30 p.m. in Mead Auditorium, West Science Building. On Tuesday, November 13, “Nakano Memoir,” a close look at an international group of river ecologists, who provide personal views of rivers, ecology and conservation will be shown, sponsored by the Aquatic Biology Club.
