Marquette – The Northern Michigan University hospitality and tourism management program will host a five-course themed dinner “A Nostalgic Culinary Trip Down I-75” on Thursday, November 2 in Chez Nous at the NMU Jacobetti Complex. Seating times are at 4:30, 5:15 and 6:30 p.m.
The menu includes a Michigan-themed romaine salad with warm bacon dressing and Michigan cherries, and a choice of smoked brisket with Georgia peach bourbon glaze or southern fried catfish and key lime pie with whipped cream. Non-alcoholic beverages are included.
The cost for the dinner is $22 plus tax. Cash, check and credit/debit are accepted. For reservations, call Chez Nous at 227-1981 or e-mail cheznous@nmu.edu.
