Marquette – The Marquette County CROP Hunger Walk, helping to end hunger one step at a time, will be held on Sunday, October 1 beginning with registration at 1:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 120 N. Front Street in Marquette.
Walkers will collect donations for the CROP walk, which is intended to bring awareness of the hunger needs in the community. Organizers have set a goal of 130 walkers and $10,000 in donations. A portion of the funds raised in Marquette will go to the Room at the Inn.
