Marquette – “Stuff the Bus 2017” will be held on Monday, August 14 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Marquette.
This one day Marquette County wide event is being held to collect new school supplies for children in need. A Checker Transport school bus will be parked at the Marquette Holiday Inn. Businesses and residents can drop off donations during this time. At 6 p.m. the bus full of supplies will be dropped off at the YMCA Youth and Family Center where the supplies will be sorted and then distributed to children in need within Marquette County. Cash donations are also welcomed.
