Calendar – Entertainment – BookNotes Coffeehouse – July 18

Marquette – BookNotes Coffeehouse, an evening of conversation, poetry, music and refreshments, will be held on Tuesday, July 18 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

John Smolens, author of numerous novels including Wolf’s Mouth, One Book One Community’s 2017 selection, will interview three poets: Keith Taylor, Cindy Hunter Morgan, and Thomas Lynch. The evening will be rounded out with the acoustic, folksy yet eccentric, music of Kerry Yost and Dylan Trost. Snowbound Books will be there for book sales and signing, and the Peter White Library will provide light refreshments.
