Marquette – The Care Clinic will hold their annual LifeWalk “United We Walk for Life” on Saturday, May 20 beginning with registration at 9:30 a.m. at the Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette. The walk begins at 10:00 a.m.
A balloon release will be held at the start of the LifeWalk again this year. Biodegradable balloons can be purchased for $10 in honor or in memory of a friend or loved one. The names of those being honored will be read prior to the start of the walk. All donations will be used to support Care Clinic’s programs and services. Balloons can be purchased prior to or at the walk. If you are interested in purchasing balloons, please contact ljohnson@careclinicmqt.org or call the Care Clinic at 906-228-2273.
All participating walkers, whether individuals or teams, can register at http://bit.ly/2lTG4iI Through this online donation system participants can create their own fundraising page and promote this event. All are welcome to participate and raise pledges. LifeWalk offers all who care about the value of human life an opportunity to help in a very real way.
