“The Memorandum” a play by Vaclac Havel, will be presented on Thursday, February 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rozsa Center at MTU in Houghton. The play depicts and office where people receive memos they don't understand because they are written in a different language. Admission is $12 for the general public and $7 for students.
