Marquette – Marquette Empty Bowls fundraiser lunch will be held on Friday, April 28 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Marquette Alternative High School gym, 1175 Erie Street in Marquette Township.
The event includes soup, salad, bread as well as live music, a silent auction, information about hunger related issues, and more. In addition to the lunch, those who attend will get to keep their ceramic soup bowl as a reminder that there are empty bowls around the world.
