Marquette – The Marquette Regional History Center will present the 8th annual (re)Design Fashion Show on Saturday, April 8 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. at the Center, 145 W.Spring Street in Marquette.
This event is the largest gathering of upcycled artists in the Upper Peninsula. The event showcases fashion by local designers, Taylor Ehle, Libby Buchler, JoAnne Shelby, & Denise Zdroik. Each designer will present their 2017 clothing line during this high energy runway show. This fashion show is for all ages and each item is wearable and for sale.
Local craft vendors will also be at the event, featuring upcycled, recycled, re-purposed and earth friendly work. Accessories, original artwork and more will be on display.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and 18 and under. They will be available at the Marquette Regional History Center. Proceeds from this event will benefit the History Center.
